In late fall of 2014, I attended the fourteen-day Baking Essentials Certificate Programme at Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts in Toronto, Ontario.
I regularly blogged my experience and photographed most of the goodies that we prepared and brought home during the course, as well as detailed a few of my small adventures during my time in Canada.
